CITY VS COUNTRY SHIELD
This is an annual tournament between Grammar Juniors Rugby Football Club and the Bombay Rugby Football Club with the winner taking home the coveted City vs Country Shield.
SUNDAY 28 MAY 2017 – hosted by Bombay
The 2017 tournament:
U6 x two teams
U7 no teams
U8 x two teams
U9/10 x two teams
U11 x 1 team
U12 x 1 team
Each year we alternate the venue between the Grammar home grounds (Shore Rd Reserve) and the Bombay home grounds (Bombay).
It’s a morning event – full of competitive rugby and great fun!

BATTLE OF THE BRIDGE SHIELD
2016 was the first annual tournament between Grammar Juniors Rugby Football Club and the North Harbour Marist Football Club competing for the Battle of the Bridge Shield.

PAKURANGA VS GRAMMAR JUNIORS SHIELD
2016 was the first annual tournament between Grammar Juniors Rugby Football Club and the Pakuranga Football Club competing for the Pakuranga vs Grammar Juniors Shield.
SUNDAY 3 SEPTEMBER – Hosted by Pakuranga
This tournament will feature teams from the following grades:
- U8 Restricted
- U9 Restricted
- U10 Restricted
- U11 Restricted
- U12 Restricted
- U13 Restricted
TAUPO TOURNAMENT
At the end of the Auckland Rugby season Grammar Juniors will send a number of teams to the Taupo Tournament (NZ Junior Rugby Festival). The tournament is held in Taupo and takes place over several days

QUEENSTOWN TOURNAMENT
At the end of the Auckland Rugby season Grammar Juniors may send a number of teams to the Queenstown Tournament (NZ Junior Rugby Festival). The tournament is held in Queenstown and takes place over several days
